The Oracle HCM Cloud Techno Functional role is pivotal in implementing and maintaining the Oracle HCM Cloud solutions within the organization. This position is essential for ensuring the seamless integration of Oracle HCM Cloud with the existing HR systems and processes. The individual in this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage the full potential of Oracle HCM Cloud and optimize HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet business requirements
- Provide end-to-end support for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and upgrades
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Develop and execute test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to Oracle HCM Cloud
- Resolve complex technical issues and provide technical support
- Design and implement data migration strategies
- Integrate Oracle HCM Cloud with other enterprise systems
- Develop reports and analytics using BI Publisher
- Train end users and provide ongoing system support
Required Qualifications
- Over 6+ years of experience in Implementation, support or upgrade of Oracle EBS suite of products
- At least 1 implementation experience on SaaS HCM Products Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting & Onboarding, Self-Services, Payroll (FastFormulas, extract to ADP)
- Hands-on experience in Fusion's latest release
- Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients in issue resolution
- Prior experience in HCM Cloud implementations/upgrades/support
- Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion support project
- Complete tasks efficiently and promptly as agreed within the customer SLA
- Interact and guide technical project team members who work on reports, interfaces, application extensions, etc.
- Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client regularly
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus
