As a Solution Architect at Business Technology Engineering, People Technology, you'll be instrumental in shaping and delivering cutting-edge Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement innovative HR solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Talent Management.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Leverage your deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features and industry trends.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster a high-performing team culture.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Strong technical expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Talent Management modules
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver results
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architecture
