Oracle HCM Cloud configuration

Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Configuration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our Oracle HCM Cloud system to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Perform configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, etc.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including system design documents, configuration documents, and user guides
• Provide support for end-users and troubleshoot system issues as they arise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionality
• Ensure system compliance with regulatory requirements
• Continuously improve system performance by identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5-12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud configuration
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and functionality
• Experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Experience with integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
