Job Description for Oracle Fusion HCM & EBS

A Techno-Functional Consultant with at least 10+ years experience to demonstrate solid, relevant experience in articulating Oracle HCM Cloud & On-Prem EBS At least 3+ years experience in the completion of full life-cycle implementations with Oracle Fusion HCM with Data Migration and Integrations.

At least 5+ years experience in the completion of full life-cycle implementations with Oracle EBS HCM R12.X At least 3 implementations of Global HR, Payroll, Talent Management in both Oracle Cloud and On-Prem EBS in Middle East Region. Preferably in KSA.

As Functional SME, ability to understand Business & technology teams and develop initial designs for configurations, configure prototypes, and lead configuration workshops for the Oracle Cloud solution & EBS

Ability to work on various technical components that may require to implement/support HCM applications; In PLSQL, Fast Formula, Reporting, Data Migration (FBL, HDL etc), HCM Extracts etc to build, configure and test integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud

Ability to work in Onsite-Offshore model to support business applications for both Oracle HCM EBS and Cloud (Technical & Functional).

Ability to work on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to build and support Integrations would be added advantage.

Ability to rollout the HCM solutions to other regions/setup new entity. Ability to lead the team and support business applications.
