Job Description:
Core HR/Oracle Cloud US Payroll/ Absence/ Time and Labor Implementation Techno Functional Roles:
6+ years of strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
Cloud
5+ years of Implementation experience in at least 2 Oracle Fusion
HCM Cloud module Oracle Cloud Payroll for US, Global HR,Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Absence Management,
Working with experience with US customers and US business
processes for Core HR, Payroll , Absence,
Experience in conducting Prototypes with end customers, take
feedbacks and implement the feedbacks.
Strong hands-on experience in configuring the Enterprise Set-up,
Work Structures, DFFs, Look-ups, Value Sets, Seniority Dates etc.
Strong hands-on experience in US Payroll implementation
covering functional configurations, Payroll Fast Formulas
development, Elements and Element eligibility configurations.
Experience in Workflows/Approval configuration for multilevel
approvals
Experience in Personal Changes
Ability to perform tasks independently.
Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in
writing.
Roles and Responsibilities for HCM Technical:
Experience in any of the HCM Modules as mentionedbelow.
Oracle HCM process Automation Module
Oracle fusion HCM Report Development-BIP
Oracle fusion HCM(OIC) developing integrations
Minimum 2 Implementations.
Good Communication
