Oracle Fusion HCM Functional

Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional professional to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 5-10 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM applications. The position requires strong technical and functional skills in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Performance Management, and Talent Management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and configure the system accordingly
• Provide guidance and support to end-users on system functionality and business processes
• Participate in system testing and troubleshooting
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM releases and features

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations and support
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Performance Management, and Talent Management
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations preferred
• Experience with Oracle HCM integrations with other enterprise applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Oracle HCM certifications preferred.
