Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically US Payroll.
• Experience with at least two full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on US Payroll.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with an emphasis on US Payroll.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Certifications: Oracle Fusion HCM certification, with specific certification in US Payroll, is preferred.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
