Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain compensation plans, structures, and policies.
- Configure compensation business processes, rules, and calculations.
- Manage compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotions, and bonuses.
- Conduct compensation analysis and benchmarking.
- Provide support for compensation-related queries and issues.
- Work closely with payroll, HR, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation module.
- Proficiency in configuring compensation plans, structures, and business rules.
- Knowledge of US tax laws and regulations related to compensation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in US shift timings.
