Job Description

Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain compensation plans, structures, and policies.
  • Configure compensation business processes, rules, and calculations.
  • Manage compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotions, and bonuses.
  • Conduct compensation analysis and benchmarking.
  • Provide support for compensation-related queries and issues.
  • Work closely with payroll, HR, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation module.
  • Proficiency in configuring compensation plans, structures, and business rules.
  • Knowledge of US tax laws and regulations related to compensation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in US shift timings.
