The Employer
Our client is hiring for an
Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud consultant with one of our top MNC client at PAN INDIA locations.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Conducting penetration testing, simulating an attack on the system to find exploitable weaknesses.
- Developing and implementing security framework, policies, processes/procedures and guidelines.
- Maintaining security subject-matter expertise and keep abreast of best practices & trends.
- Managing vulnerability assessment.
- Oversight & resolution of security incidents.
The Profile
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- You have working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud consultant, Techno-functional consultant,, Core HR, Oracle recruiting Cloud,, HCM Data Loader and Business Intelligence
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- 10+ year Techno-functional resource
- Relevant years of experience into Orcale Fusion HCM Cloud should be 6 or 6 + yrs (less years of experience will not be considered).
- Knowledge on Oracle Fusion HCM cloud modules Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Oracle recruiting Cloud.
- Oracle Time & Labor knowledge Good to have but not a mandate.
- 80 % Technical 20 % Functional, should be very good in BI + HDL
