Job Description:
We are seeking 5+ years of experience candidate who possess strong Oracle Fusion Financial Functional experience with full life cycle implementation in oracle financials.
What You'll Do :-
- Translate complex business financial requirements into well-defined functional specifications and implement solutions using Oracle Fusion Financials best practices.
- Design and configure Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud processes to align with the organization's financial objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Understand As-Is and To-Be Process and perform Gap Analysis
- Develop comprehensive functional design documents, test scenarios, and training materials to facilitate smooth implementation, migration, and end-user training.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to design migration strategies, map data, and oversee data cleansing activities.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to design Integration strategies and design.
- Conduct training sessions for finance teams and users to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud applications.
- Provide post-implementation support, analyze and resolve functional and technical issues.
Skills & Background :-
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion Financial Functional Consultant.
- 2-4 Full Life Cycle Implementations experience as an Oracle Fusion Financials Functional consultant.
- One Full Life Cycle Implementation or Support experience in Oracle EBS Financials is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Asset Management
- In-depth understanding of P2P, O2C, Record-To-Report, Design-To-Build, Lead-To-Quote Lifecycle Processes Should have good communication skills and documentation skills (MS project, Visio, word, excel)
