Job Title: Oracle Fusion Compensation Consultant
Location: Hyderabad 100% Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Shift Timings : 6pm to 1pm IST
10+ years candidate needed
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, implement, and support the Oracle Fusion Compensation module.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Compensation configurations.
Provide solutions for compensation plan design, salary structures, merit cycles, bonuses, and incentive plans.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring optimal system usage.
Assist in the development of compensation reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, IT, or Business).
Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation module (minimum 10 years).
Strong understanding of compensation workflows, including base pay, variable pay, and compensation plans.
Experience with Oracle Cloud integration and data migration processes.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Relevant Oracle certifications (preferred).
