Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW/OAC) HCM

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle FAW and OAC solutions with HCM. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle BI technologies, data integration, and data visualization techniques, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical implementation of Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) solutions for our clients with an in-depth understanding of HCM.

Design and develop data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics requirements.

Configure and customize Oracle FAW and OAC applications to meet specific client needs, including data integration, security, and performance tuning.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in Oracle FAW and OAC environments, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

Develop and maintain technical documentation including design documents, data mappings, and system configurations.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Oracle FAW and OAC implementation best practices and methodologies.

HCM experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

3-6 years of hands-on experience in technical implementation and customization of Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
