We are seeking 5+ years of experience candidate who possess strong Oracle
Fusion Financial Functional experience with full life cycle implementation in oracle
financials.
What You'll Do
Translate complex business financial requirements into well-defined
functional specifications and implement solutions using Oracle Fusion
Financials best practices.
Design and configure Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud processes to align with
the organization's financial objectives and regulatory requirements.
Understand As-Is and To-Be Process and perform Gap Analysis
Develop comprehensive functional design documents, test scenarios, and
training materials to facilitate smooth implementation, migration, and end-
user training.
Collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to design
migration strategies, map data, and oversee data cleansing activities.
Collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to design
Integration strategies and design.
Conduct training sessions for finance teams and users to ensure successful
adoption of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud applications.
Provide post-implementation support, analyze and resolve functional and
technical issues.
Skills & Background
Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business
Administration, Information Technology, or related field
4 to 8 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion Financial
Functional Consultant.
3-4 Full Life Cycle Implementations experience as an Oracle Fusion
Financials Functional consultant.
One Full Life Cycle Implementation or Support experience in Oracle EBS
Financials is preferred.
In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud modules,
including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash
Management, Asset Management
In-depth understanding of P2P, O2C, Record-To-Report, Design-To-Build,
Lead-To-Quote Lifecycle Processes
Should have good communication skills and documentation skills (MS
project, Visio, word, excel)
