Oracle Functional Consultant

1. Should have good Technical and Functional understanding of Oracle Service Cloud (CX) modules.

2. Should be capable of understanding business requirements and performing gap analysis.

3. Should have hands on development experience in Oracle Service Cloud

4. Must possess good understanding of building workspaces, workflows, Customer Process Models.

5. Hands on experience in building Knowledge Management

6. Extensive experience working on complex dashboards and Reports

7. Should have good knowledge in PHP and Javascript.

8. Good Understanding of Oracle Service Cloud Administration, Security and Integrations.

9. Hand's on experience Integrating Oracle Service Cloud with third party applications.

10. Should be capable of creating Solution Architecture and Technical Design Documents.

11. Must have 2 Oracle Service Cloud Implementation experience.

12. Ability to effectively communicate between end users and team members

13. Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex customer escalations.

14. Responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions with industry-wide impact.
