The Oracle SCM Functional Business Analyst position combines business knowledge and an understanding of the inner-workings and configuration options of multiple Oracle Distributed orchestrations and Procurement modules. Understand and Analyze the business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions based on the Oracle EBS/Fusion Architecture that enable the organization to achieve its goals. This role will facilitate and improve communication between business and technical resources, so candidate must have the ability to coordinate, interact and work with different teams for the delivery of the solution.
Responsibilities
Discuss with stakeholders and Internal IT team to gather and transform business needs into detailed functional specifications and designs.
Organize requirements into solution categories and prepare:
Functional specifications.
Integration documents.
Configuration workbooks.
Use cases for Inventory, Procurement, Distributed Order Orchestration, Order Management, Pricing, Reporting design documents.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to:
Transfer functional designs.
Assist in technical design and solution development.
Evaluate solutions through:
Functional testing with the overall view of regression and impact analysis.
Leading System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Providing post-Production support.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in production operations:
Identify root causes of issues.
Propose and implement solutions to ensure smooth production operations.
Assess the feasibility and potential impact on uptake of the new features.
Coordinate with Oracle for:
Addressing production issues.
Managing product bugs.
Requirements
Must have at least 6 to 8 years of working experience in Oracle Applications and very good understanding of Oracle Supply chain management.
Minimum 1 to 2 implementation or Support project experience in Oracle Fusion Applications as Fusion SCM Functional Consultant.
Experience in at least 2 to 3 full cycle Implementations, experience in Designing Interface / Authoring functional design documents for Extensions/Interface/Conversion is must.

Hands on experience in basic SQL and PL/SQL.
Hand on experience in deriving and categorizing the requirements, Configuration, Solutioning and Preparation of functional specs, Integration documents, configuration workbooks &Use cases onINV, PROCUREMENT, DOO, QP, OM, WMS, 3PL Integrations.
Expertise in support and Enhancements projects with customer centric solution amendments and exposure technical components to drive the changes.
Strong understanding and in-depth hands-on experience in the following areas is a Must.
Oracle Cloud Order management, Global Order Promising. Pricing, Shipping Execution and Inventory Modules supporting Multiple interfaces with Various Middleware applications.
Oracle Procurement (SSP)modules, Intercompany Flows from Supply Chain Perspective.
Experience with interfacing third party applications e.g., WMS/Log fire.
Sound understanding and experience in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business flows.
Experience in working with Development and functional teams to finalize cross functional Solutions.
Experience in preparation of MD50 (Functional Specifications), BR100 and Test Execution in functional testing/system integration testing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Good understanding of Agile Development Process.
Experience in working Configuration Management and Incident Management.
Good understanding of Fusion Applications, and Tech Stack.
Education and Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering, Master's in Computer Applications, or equivalent from a reputed institute. Any certification in Supply Chain Management or SCM Modules is preferred but Optional.
