Oracle Functional Analyst (OM)

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with a focus on Order Management processes and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Discuss with stakeholders and Internal IT team to gather and transform business needs into detailed functional specifications and designs.
• Organize requirements into solution categories and prepare:

Functional specifications

Integration documents

Configuration workbooks

• Collaborate closely with technical teams to:

Transfer functional designs.

Assist in technical design and solution development.

• Evaluate solutions through:

Functional testing with the overall view of regression and impact analysis.

Leading System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Providing post-Production support.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in production operations:

Identify root causes of issues.

Propose and implement solutions to ensure smooth production operations.

Assess the feasibility and potential impact on uptake of the new features.

• Coordinate with Oracle for:

Addressing production issues

Managing product bugs

Requirements

• Must have at least 6 to 8 years of working experience in Oracle Applications and very good understanding of Oracle Supply chain management.
• Proven track record in analysing and implementing setup changes, with a focus on business impact assessment.
• Hands-on experience spearheading customer data migration initiatives from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion.
• Expertise in developing and fine-tuning Order Orchestration and Fulfilment rules within the Oracle ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize order processing through effective configuration of fulfilment workbench and workflow rules.
• Proficiency in architecting and implementing efficient returns process flows.
• Strong capability to tailor Order to Cash cycle constraints to meet specific user requirements.
• Experience in customizing approval processes to align with detailed organizational specifications.
• In-depth knowledge of order pricing mechanisms, including configuration of pricing parameters.
• Skill in designing and implementing configuration setups for complex, nested item structures.
• Ability to create and manage user-specific transactional attributes, item relations, and associations.
• Experience in executing incremental system setups and collaborating with Oracle Global Support to drive system enhancements.
• Proven record of ownership in maintaining applications and developing bug fixes to ensure system reliability.

Education and Qualifications

Preferred Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering, master's in computer applications, or equivalent from a reputed institute. Any certification in Supply Chain Management or SCM Modules is preferred but Optional.
