Job Description:

The roles and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Agile Product Management: - Work with Agile Product Managers and stakeholders to drive organizational goals and product integrity. - Streamline the Product Backlog to support business agility and market trends. - Maximize product value through effective team collaboration and prioritization.

2. **Business Strategy and Customer Focus:** - Identify short and long-term business priorities using Lean Agile Thinking. - Represent the voice of the customer; define user personas and prioritize their needs. - Conduct customer interviews to gather feedback and understand market trends.

3. **Agile Leadership and Management:** - Drive the vision and Program backlog. - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives/key results (OKRs). - Manage the Program Backlog, participate in planning events, and ensure effective backlog management.

4. **Technical Expertise and Collaboration:** - Collaborate with System and Solution Architects/Engineers on technology decisions and enabler work. - Apply Behavior Driven Development (BDD) to guide development and improve workflow.

5. **Team Leadership and Development:** - Build and maintain high-performance Agile teams. - Plan and lead ceremonies to enhance team productivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

6. **Portfolio Management and Economic Framework:** - Apply Lean Portfolio Management principles to support strategy and Agile portfolio operations. - Manage Epic investments, budget adjustments, and governance to align with financial objectives.

7. **Communication and Stakeholder Management:** - Communicate product goals and backlog items clearly. - Balance stakeholder needs and manage conflicts effectively. - Develop multi-mode communications to address various audience needs.

8. **Skills and Experience:** - Significant business and technical knowledge with Lean Methodology experience preferred. - Strong Agile environment experience, ideally with previous Product Owner experience. - Advanced problem-solving and interpersonal skills. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

9. **Education and Certifications:** - College degree in Information Technology, Business, or related fields. - Relevant certifications or licenses may be required.
