Partner with the best
The candidate will join the DevOps organization to support and lead initiatives on Digital Infrastructure, mainly focusing on Project Accounting and Order Management Oracle products. He/she will be fully responsible for ERP & simplification initiatives, as well as development of enhancements and reports in domain areas. The candidate will be also responsible to support operation activities, ensuring day-to-day reliability and performance of Oracle business suite, will interact directly with users and peers globally distributed to facilitate issue resolution on the mentioned areas.
As an Oracle Projects & Order Management Applications Engineer, will be responsible for:
- Leading the design, analysis, documentation, implementation and maintenance of large/complex Global ERP programs in the required Oracle domain.
- Performing project management activities of all tasks and resources, tracking progress against individual plan, and monitoring development.
- Proactively identifies and removes obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team, , adapt quickly to conflicting & changing priorities
- Guiding vendors during system design and ensure compliance to specifications and standards.
- Ensuring rigor and adherence to our standards and SOX compliance requirements.
- Developing cross-Business relationships to maximize best practice sharing.
- Providing DevOps support in the required Oracle domain areas by interacting with other cross-functional deployment and support teams, to ensure on-time, on-budget and quality implementation of ERP Blueprint and timely resolution of production issues
- Developing effective communication strategy across projects and internal / external stakeholders
- Creating a culture of customer focus and high performance to drive innovation through continuous customer engagement to facilitate appropriate application upgrades and enhancements.
- Development skills with PL/SQL, Oracle forms, Oracle reports, Oracle WF is also required to guide the team on the correct solution implementation and also directly execute development when situation requires
- Demonstrating skills in collaborating with different stakeholders, influencing decisions and ability to take strategic view

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, with overall experience of minimum of 5 years and at least 2-3 years of information systems design, implementation, or integration)
- Have an ability to deep dive and be creative with architectural design
- Have an experience with Oracle ERP solutions
- Have an experience in Oracle ERP implementation for Oracle Projects modules (PA, PB, PC, OKE, CST, OM).
- Have an experience in P2P, O2C, SCM etc
- Have an experience in PL/SQL, XML
- Have demonstrated planning and organization skills
- Have an experience with process improvement, SOX and System/Application Security requirements.
- Proactive responsible individual, able to set own action plans, ability to influence and build consensus with other DT teams and leadership
- Have an experience with processes, methodologies and reporting methods
