10+ years of experience in the field of Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion Suite of products
Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end Pre-Sales activities i.e. Responsible for working with potential and existing clients, understand requirements (RFI/RFP), create scope, build technical solution, create resource plan, model cost estimates, etc.
Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders
Should be able to lead the Client Presentation/Demo/PoC build work across multiple industries for external client
Experience in implementation of EPM Planning and Financial Consolidation is must (Minimum 5+ implementation)
Excellent Functional and Technical knowledge on Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting; Financial Consolidation and Close. Knowledge on Profitability and Cost Management, Account Reconciliation, Tax Reporting, Statutory and Management Reporting Processes, etc. would be added advantage.
Should be able to lead the RFP response by collaboration and coordination with Sales, Delivery, Practice and other internal teams
Consulting approach and a drive to find the best solution for a client's business needs
Should be able to create varies documents like RFP Response/Proposal, Client Clarification, Proposal Defense, etc.
Drive creation of knowledge repository and reusable artefacts
CA or MBA Finance by qualification
Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.
Confident and assertive
Frequent travel would be required across the GCC Countries
Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage
