Description :

We are looking for an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Payroll Consultant with 5-8 years of experience in the job market context of India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the payroll module of Oracle EBS and its associated integrations with other modules. The candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll business processes, payroll accounting, and payroll tax compliance laws in India.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and maintenance for the payroll module of Oracle EBS
• Configure and customize payroll elements, balances, and formulas
• Design and develop payroll reports and interfaces
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll-related issues
• Conduct testing and provide documentation for payroll processes and configurations

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in Oracle EBS payroll module implementation and support
• Strong understanding of payroll business processes, payroll accounting, and payroll tax compliance laws in India
• Expertise in Oracle EBS Payroll, Fast Formula, and HRMS modules
• Experience in Oracle EBS R12 version
• Experience in payroll integrations with Oracle EBS modules such as HRMS, GL, AP, and AR
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
