Responsibilities:
- Oracle EBS HRMS techno-functional professional having more than 10+ years experience
- Hands-on experience in implementation and support of Oracle EBS HRMS
- Exhaustive concept on interfaces between applications (Oracle HRMS to Others)
- Knowledge of the HR operation process
- Be the primary point of contact for any technical expertise/ advisory required in Oracle EBS HRMS area
- Ensuring the Oracle HRMS EBS architecture is inline to the Organization EA wide architecture
- Ideation around the system improvement plans and getting them executed end to end
- Ensuring the success of the projects by having robust and fine-tuned architecture/ code
- Check on Cost and performance of code written by vendor partners
- Should have hands on experience in Oracle HRMS, PL/SQL, integrations, APIs, user hooks, fast formulas.

Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid technical background, with hands on experience in Oracle HRMS, PL/SQL, integrations, APIs, userhooks, fast formulas.

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
