Role: Oracle EBS HRMS Technical Consultant

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru

Modules: Payroll and OTL

Responsibilities:

Act as the technical expert for Oracle EBS HRMS, focusing on Payroll and OTL modules.

Develop and customize reports, interfaces, and extensions for Payroll and OTL (RICEW).

Translate business needs into technical solutions for Payroll and OTL modules.

Lead system upgrades and integrate Payroll and OTL with other modules.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring compliance with local payroll and labor laws.

Optimize system performance and accuracy.

Work with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to implement solutions.
