Strong knowledge is required for Oracle EBS HCM modules IREC, OLM and PMS configurations.
At least 3 end to end implementation projects include IREC,OLM and PMS modules.
Strong knowledge in documentation methodologies (OUM/ AIM) for all project phases.
Strong Knowledge in conducting CRP, UAT and Training sessions with key and end users.
Must have university Certification(bachelor) in Computer Science. Education Details.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with key and end users
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
