Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS/Fusion HCM Techno-functional Consultant with extensive expertise in Oracle EBS Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and other related modules. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in both Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and functional knowledge in Oracle HCM modules to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet our clients human capital management needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and project objectives.
- Configure, customize, and support Oracle EBS Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and other modules as required.
- Provide technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and other related functionalities.
- Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, data conversions, and extensions using tools such as BI Publisher, HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formula, etc.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business users, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct feasibility analysis, impact assessments, and provide recommendations for enhancements or improvements in Oracle EBS/Fusion HCM applications.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth system operation and performance.
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, test scripts, and user guides.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
- 8-12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and other modules with a minimum of 5-6 end-to-end implementations.
- At least 2-3 years of technical and functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a minimum of 1-2 end-to-end implementations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion applications, including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Benefits, Talent Management, etc.
- Proficiency in developing reports (BI Publisher, OTBI), interfaces (HDL, FBDI), and extensions (Fast Formulas, Personalization) in Oracle EBS/Fusion HCM.
- Solid grasp of HR business processes and practices.
- Experience with data migration and integration between Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM and other enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.
