Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage Oracle Applications team to troubleshoot and debug issues in Oracle Environment (technical and functional).
- Guide the team through the lifecycle of Oracle products, including Oracle Apps (Purchasing, Inventory, ASCP, Demantra, Finance), PLSQL, etc.
- Demonstrate ownership attitude and thrive in a flat organizational structure.
Required Skills:
- Oracle EBS Development Manager:
- Strong understanding of Oracle business processes like Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
- Expertise in Oracle Application Technical Development.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and advise project teams while managing their performance.
- Develop and implement Oracle application development policies and procedures.
- Technical Expertise:
- Extensive experience in financial and SCM modules.
- Familiarity with AGILE and CICD methodologies.
- Project Management:
- Manage the design and implementation of technical standards, methods, documentation, and prioritization tools.
