Oracle EBS Developer/Technical Consultant

The eBusiness Suite Oracle Applications Developer will be responsible for all aspects of Production support including ticket closure and working with the users to solve their production issues, also responsible for designing and managing different areas related to the spectrum of work of Oracle. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and system architects, to understand requirements and implement solutions. The modules to be supported: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets(FA), Payables (AP), Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Warehouse Management (WMS) and Trade Management.

This individual will be involved with all aspects of the Oracle Applications suite, proficient in writing stored procedures, Packages and, functions using SQL & PL/SQL, customizing Reports, XML Publisher, and writing Unix Shell scripts to deliver robust and scalable applications.

Qualifications:

Must have experience on Upgrade project from R12.1 to R12.2 and EBR concepts

Must have experience on SCM and Financial modules

Must have experience on Analyzing and understanding customizations for Upgrades

Must have 7+ years of Oracle EBS developer

Responsibilities

As an Oracle EBS developer you will create business solutions using Oracle's proprietary E-Business software suite.

Your duties will include analyzing data and developing recommendations for sales, management, production and shipping departments.

You will work closely with other company professionals to meet specific goals for the department and document their progress and development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design efficient solutions within the Oracle EBS framework.

Develop, customize and maintain Oracle EBS modules, ensuring high-performance and reliability.

Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify and resolve issues, bugs and performance bottlenecks.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Stay current with Oracle EBS best practices and industry trends.
