Job Description:
- Meeting the application teams and gather requirements to integrate the application into Oracle Unified Directory for Authentication/Authorization.
- Troubleshooting any issues and deploy bug fixes.
- Plan,Prepare and execute Identity conversion across various domain specific OU's in OUD.
- Collaborate with other support teams on Identity conversion from various AD domains to OUD.
- Monitors OUD systems for performance and reliability.
- Joining the production incident calls and help the team to resolve the issues related to OUD.
- 6 to 10 years of experience on ODSEE or OUD.
- Excellent understanding of enterprise LDAP deployments.
- Hands on experience in integrating the applications with OUD Directory.
- Design LDAP replication architecture
- Excellent understanding of the internet protocols TCP/IP, LDAP/LDAPS, SSL/TLS etc.
- Experience on upgrading ODSEE to OUD.
- Develop Self Service tools / monitoring scripts.
- Experience working with LDAP ACIs
- Custom Schema development
- Experience with LDAP load testing tools like SLAMD
- Experience with Implementation plans for maintaining, upgrading and modernizing ODSEE/OUD Environments
- Expert in Troubleshooting, configuring &; managing Oracle Unified Directory and Directory Integration Platform
- L3 level experience in OUD
- Hands-on knowledge in various backup and recovery scenarios of OUD
- Problem determination and resolution within SLA's
- Should be able to Perform Root Cause Analysis for the incidents
- Should be able to do Capacity Planning
- Handle L2+/L3 technical escalations
- Ability to acquire new skills &; keep them updated
- Work with Local &; Global Teams
- Ability to quickly analyze &; diagnose technical problems
- Hands-on experience with Linux Operating system
- 24/7 service support ( rotational support)
