| 2- 4 YEARS
Minimum 2 years of experience in SQL DB Administration in a 24*7 environment - SQL Server 2008 R2/2012/2016
Exceptional team player who communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all the stakeholders
Responsible for client KPI / SLA compliance
Good knowledge & Hands-on on ITIL process
Good understandings about DB architecture; preferably certified SQL Server
Excellent troubleshooting skills - Space management, DB Job management, Connectivity issues, Cluster failovers
Understanding and performing BAU (non-complex) changes independently
Taking care of OOH/on-call support without support
Aspirations towards learning next level of SQL skills & good knowledge in performance & High availability concepts.
