Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle DBA / Performance DBA to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Oracle databases, ensuring their performance, security and availability.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining Oracle databases
• Monitoring database performance and optimizing for maximum efficiency
• Implementing and maintaining database security protocols
• Ensuring database backups and disaster recovery procedures are in place
• Collaborating with development teams to optimize database design and performance
• Troubleshooting and resolving database issues
• Providing technical support to end-users as needed
• Staying up-to-date with new database technologies and trends

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience as an Oracle DBA / Performance DBA
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture and administration
• Experience in database performance tuning and optimization
• Experience in implementing and maintaining database security protocols
• Experience in database backup and disaster recovery procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
