Grade :IS2 or IS3- Job Location: Jeddah (Saudi Arabia)
8+ years of Oracle database administration experience
- Expert in Oracle 12c,19c & below RDBMS; experience in a 24x7 high availability environment
Experience with Oracle RAC & ASM
Golden gate Administration.
Performing cross-platform migration from
HP to LINUX.- Expert knowledge and proven skills in database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced implementation environment
Installation, upgrade and maintenance of database software,
- Excellent working knowledge of Linux, Unix and Windows
Design and implementation of large databases,- Extensive experience with databases requiring high availability,
Extensive knowledge and experience of backup and recovery strategies,
- Extensive knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL
Strong coding skills in the development and coding of stored procedures and triggers,- Extensive knowledge of security strategies,
Experience with multiple environments: production, standby, user acceptance and development,
- Ability to assist developers with performance and implementation, Experience working in a team environment and sharing experience,
Demonstrated technical problem-solving skills, proven leadership qualities, and a customer service focus.- Experience with monitoring and providing performance solutions.
Proven ability to multi-task with rapidly changing work priorities is preferred.
- Ability to develop documentation and procedures.
Multi-platform exposure ( Oracle, SQL, Sybase )
is an added advantage- Solid communication skills (both verbal & written)
