24/7 shift support
Must Have:
- RAC BAU hands on experience
- ODG BAU experience - Mandatory skill.
- Oracle Performance tuning
- Oracle datapump, RMAN - Mandatory skill
- OEM / Golden gate experience
- Oracle Patching
Job Description:
- Create, Update and maintain Knowledge base and check and implement best practices.
- Cloning database for supported assets.
- Planning and updating Backup and restoration policies for exiting assets.
- Capacity planning related to database.
- RAC related issue resolution.
- DB Crash / Rebuild due to Incident
- DB - Instance Hung/Terminated unexpectedly
- DR reconfiguration for existing setup.
- Database security patch application.
- Database impact analysis in case of major activities.
- DB - Flashback configuration and restoration
- Performance - ORA errors - resolve or escalate to vendor appropriately.
- Providing root cause analysis.
- Starting and stopping database, ASM, RAC services.
- Golden gate setup and troubleshooting issue
- Perform DR, backup restoration drill.
- Preparation of RCA for Major Incidents
- Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis
- Performance tuning suggest by OEM
- Updating and maintenance of Availability, Capacity management
