Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Oracle CX Cloud Functional Consultant with 8-12 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle CX Cloud suite (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ), with a strong understanding of functional configuration, implementation, and support of these applications. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and lead the implementation of Oracle CX Cloud modules.
Additionally, we are open to hiring freelancers who can provide dedicated support remotely for 8 hours per day between 2 PM and 11 PM IST.
Key Responsibilities:
For Full-time Role (Hyderabad):
- Lead Oracle CX Cloud functional implementations and configuration for clients across various industries.
- Act as the subject matter expert in Oracle CX Cloud (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ).
- Collaborate with business analysts, technical consultants, and project managers to deliver successful Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud configurations, workflows, and customizations.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to Go-Live and post-implementation support.
- Provide support for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and incident management.
- Create functional specifications and support the development of custom solutions when required.
- Drive the adoption of Oracle CX Cloud solutions through user training and change management initiatives.
- Liaise with Oracle support teams for issue resolution and product updates.
For Freelancer Role (Remote Support):
- Provide functional support for Oracle CX Cloud solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ).
- Offer functional expertise for troubleshooting and resolving issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Support configuration changes, user management, and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Participate in team meetings and provide status updates on ongoing tasks during the specified hours of 2 PM - 11 PM IST.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Assist in conducting functional testing and validating the performance of Oracle CX Cloud modules.
- Offer guidance and advice on best practices, configurations, and functional capabilities of Oracle CX Cloud applications.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8-12 years of hands-on experience with Oracle CX Cloud (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ).
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud applications functional configuration and implementation.
- Proven track record of leading Oracle CX Cloud projects and providing consulting services.
- Experience with business process mapping, system integrations, and data migration.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud best practices and upgrade strategies.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, capable of presenting and engaging stakeholders.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or office setting.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
