Role Description
Aspiring highly skilled Oracle WMS Consultant are welcome to join our fast-growing team. We are looking for a Oracle Cloud WMS consultant who has at least two Oracle Cloud WMS implementation experiences and a thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules. The ideal candidate comes with an experience of integrating WMS Cloud with other Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM applications. Role expects the ability to work directly with clients to develop POCs, run workshops to understand as-is business and client aspirations for the future, gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure user adoption. The candidate comes with an excellent communication skill, a collaborative mindset, and flexibility to work both onsite and offshore mode covering EU and ME regions. This person will have the opportunity to build the Logistics practice to serve customers in all regions.
The key responsibilities include:
- Run client workshops and understand as-is and to be business needs
- Develop POCs of the proposed solution and demonstrate the same
- Lead Oracle Cloud WMS implementation projects from initiation to post-implementation support.
- Experienced in leading and managing a team of professionals and build a practice.
- Employ knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules to provide effective solutions.
- Create strategy in terms of value added services (InspireXT IP) in the areas of WMS cloud which can be demonstrated and offered to customers
- Lead designing and implementing integrations with other Oracle Cloud applications or other SCM applications.
- Support Sales and Pre-sales team in demonstrating InspireXT's expertise in SCM domain
- Engage with clients to gather their business needs& requirements and propose efficient solution.
- Work with project teams to develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring milestones are met and projects stay on track.
- Provide training and support to users to enable successful adoption of the system.
- Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment of objectives.
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues during implementations and develop mitigation strategies.
- Gain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle WMS Cloud and industry best practices.
- Ability to travel to client locations for project meetings, workshops, key test cycles and training sessions.
- Business As Usual support for managed services ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience
- At least two Oracle Cloud WMS cloud implementation experiences.
- Multiple implementation experience of implementing Oracle eBS WMS
- Experience in other mainstream WMS application would be considered.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules.
- Demonstrated expertise in integrating WMS Cloud with other applications.
- Proven experience working directly with clients to gather requirements, implement solutions, and drive user adoption.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for project-related activities.
- Flexibility to work in EU/ME client business hours.
- Functional Knowledge of Warehouse operations would be an added advantage
