The Oracle Cloud (TRCS) role is crucial to our organization as it involves implementing and maintaining Oracle TRCS (Tax Reporting Cloud Service) to support financial reporting and tax compliance processes. The role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate and efficient financial reporting, data governance, and overall data integrity within the enterprise performance management (EPM) system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle TRCS applications to meet financial reporting and tax compliance requirements
- Configure TRCS metadata, data forms, and data validations for financial reporting
- Collaborate with business users to gather and document reporting requirements
- Support Hyperion Planning and EPM data integration with TRCS
- Ensure data governance and integrity within TRCS system
- Customize TRCS reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights
- Develop and maintain complex business rules and calculations in TRCS
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting for TRCS applications
- Train and support end-users in TRCS functionalities and best practices
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery
- Provide technical support and contribute to system documentation
- Ensure compliance with security and access controls within TRCS
- Work on ad-hoc projects and tasks related to TRCS and EPM
- Contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of TRCS capabilities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle TRCS
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and tax compliance
- Proficiency in Oracle EPM/Hyperion Planning tools
- Strong understanding of EPM data integration and data governance
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables
- Experience with SQL and database querying
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with business stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Relevant Oracle certifications is a plus
- Understanding of financial processes and regulatory compliance is advantageous
- Experience in end-user training and support is preferred
