Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing modules, including but not limited to Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Quality Management, and Product Hub.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design solution architectures that align with their business objectives.
Configure Oracle Cloud applications to meet functional requirements, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to empower clients teams and maximize user adoption.
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing solutions with other enterprise systems as needed.
Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live support to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay current with Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing updates, patches, and new features, evaluating their potential impact on existing implementations.
Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of reusable assets, methodologies, and best practices for Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing modules, with a focus on implementation and configuration.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud applications such as Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Oracle Manufacturing Cloud.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including make-to-stock, make-to-order, and configure-to-order scenarios.
Proven track record of leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels of the organization.
