Oracle Cloud Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant

Experience: Solid, relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud as a Payroll Techno/Functional Consultant. At least 5 full cycle implementation experiences in Fusion and over 10 in total

Salary Range: Upto 40 INR Lac PA(Negotiable)

Key Skills:

Functional Experience in all of the following modules of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Absence,

time & labor, benefits, Compensation, ORC, Oracle learn/ talent/ Helpdesk

Technical experience in Data Migration, Reporting and Integrations

Good exposure in handling integrations and data conversion activities

Strong understanding of Human Capital Business Processes

Conduct requirement workshops independently and Map Business Processes to Standard Oracle HCM

Cloud

Analyze requirements, determine the technical level of effort and prepare technical design and functional

design specifications.

Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team members. Effective Communication

to drive project deliverables.

Ability to think out of the box solution and provide workaround and custom solutions to business-specific

requirements.

Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, reports

Has worked with small and large teams

Have Experience in Working in Agile

Has Knowledge of different aspects of the life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
