Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional

Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and deploy Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions
• Create technical design documents, test plans, and perform system testing
• Provide support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Keep up-to-date with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and patches
• Participate in project planning and execution
• Train end-users on new features and functionality

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 4-10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and support
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Talent Management
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes
• Experience with HCM data conversion and integration
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are a plus
