An experienced consulting professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.

As a HCM Consultant you will:

Pre-config HCM application (Core HR, Absence, Payroll) with standard set-ups

Innovate and continuously improvise pre-configuration solutions and methods

Maintain and enhance pre-configured solutions to align with Fusion Releases by developing expertise on new features

5+ years of overall experience with HCM Applications with recent 5+ years of Consulting Experience of implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion Apps and at least 3 end-to-end implementation engagements

Good understanding of HCM Business Processes and industry best practices

Strong Solution Designing skills with solid understanding of integration impact on other modules and other applications

Qualifications :

5-15 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Broad product, technology or industry expertise. Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions. In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices. Knowledge of competitive & partner products, technology and solutions. Ability to travel as needed.
