Finance (AR, AP, GL, FA, Cost Management) Accounting Hub, Project Accounting, EPM, Risk Management.

Secondary Skill :O2C, P2P, OTBI, FBDI, ADFbi, Apps composer, config management

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financial Functional Consultant to manage Application Managed Services (AMS) projects. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Cloud modules, particularly in managing post-implementation support and enhancements. He should hold expertise in supporting following modules AP, AR, GL, SLA and tax management.

Responsibilities

  • System Maintenance and Support:
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle ERP Cloud applications.
  • Handle user issues and incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Handle periodic activities and critical issues
  • Enhancements and Upgrades:
  • Analyse business requirements and propose solutions for system enhancements.
  • Manage configuration changes and system upgrades as needed.
  • Change Management:
  • Assess impact of changes and enhancements on existing configurations.
  • Coordinate change requests and ensure compliance with change management processes.
  • User Training and Documentation:
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
  • Ensure users are proficient in utilizing Oracle ERP Cloud functionalities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication related to AMS activities.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor system performance metrics and generate periodic reports.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Oracle ERP Cloud certification preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Financials Cloud applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible & Accountable For

Transition Phase

Participate in KT sessions

Day To Day

Monitor and resolve financial system issues to ensure smooth operation.

Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning.

Implement updates and patches to maintain system compliance and security.

Provide end-user support and training for financial applications.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Manage and update financial data and configurations.

Collaborate with IT and other departments to address system-related needs.

Perform data integrity checks and audits to ensure accuracy.

Generate and analyze financial reports for stakeholders.

Document and streamline financial processes for efficiency improvements.
