Skills
Mandatory Primary Skills:
- Oracle BRM Development:
- Proficient in Oracle BRM product areas.
- In-depth knowledge of BRM Architecture, Billing, Pricing, Payments, Invoicing, Rating, Discounting, A/R, GL, Pipeline.
- Pipeline Experience:
- Minimum of two implementations is mandatory.
- Understanding of Pipeline Architecture, Pipeline FCT, and DAT modules.
- Proficient in Pipeline areas like Grammar file, iScript, IRule.
- Ability to write iScript & iRule.
- Discounting:
- Familiarity with Bill Time Discount, Discount Sharing / Charge Sharing.
- Expertise in Discount Model components, Billing Time Discount, System Product, System Discount, Filter Set, Cascade, Parallel, Sequential Discounting Modes.
- Customization and Configuration:
- Experience in customization and configuration of Oracle BRM.
- Familiarity with BRM tools like Customer Centre, Pricing Centre, Testnap.
- Technical Skills:
- Intermediate knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, Perl, Shell Scripting.
- Excellent command over C/Java in a Unix environment (Mandatory).
- Debugging and Problem Solving:
- Excellent debugging skills using BRM Logs, Debugging tools, etc.
- Hands-on experience in writing opcodes and debugging core dumps.
- PCM Java and PCM C:
- Good exposure and understanding of PCM Java and PCM C.
- Problem Solving:
- Strong problem-solving skills required.
Secondary Skills:
- Good knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, Perl, Shell Scripting.
