The incumbent will work as a Business and Solutions techno functional Analyst which involves Requirements Analysis, Design, Develop, Testing and Deployment of business solutions based on the Oracle Applications R12 suite on Oracle and Fusion Middleware tech stack. It involves working with business partners, understanding the requirements, analysis and design of the proposed solution based on the Oracle Applications architecture, this role needs client interaction, so candidate must have the ability to coordinate, interact and work with different teams for the delivery of the solution.
Roles And Responsibilities
Participate in full cycle of SCM (Order Management - Main) , PO and INV (Secondry) implementation projects :
- Requirements Gathering
- Analysis and Design
- Construction and system configuration
- Deliver Trainings
- Prepare and document project deliverables
- Testing cycles (SIT , UAT)
- Supporting after implementation (Post production support)
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert(SME) in production operations following a Dev Ops Model.
Key Competencies And Skills
- Atleast 7 years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle eBS
- Strong Expertise in functional areas of : Order Management, Inventory, PO
- Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Maintenance or Equivalent Experience
- Excellent verbal and written French and English Language communication skills
- Interest and passion in learning and applying new products and technologies to business
- Demonstrate strong business process skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills
- Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision, yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
- Demonstrate good time management and be self-organized
- Good track record of adapting to new environments and learning quickly
- Strong personal drive and can-do attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment to liaise with clients, project management and remote cross-cultural delivery teams
Education And Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
Additional Information
Preferred skills:
- Good understanding of Agile Development Process.
- Engage security at various phases of delivery as part of the DevSecops strategy
- Good understanding of fusion middleware.
- Knowledge in any of the oracle self-service applications is a plus(iStore, iProcurement ,iSupplier).
- Hands on experience in basic PL/SQL
- Basic understanding in Java, HTML, XML and API services
