Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with a strong background in Oracle EBS R12 Technical and hands-on expertise in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), PaaS extensions, SaaS to PaaS data sync, Fusion Data Model, and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI). The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience, including a minimum of two full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations. This role focuses on developing, extending, and integrating Oracle Fusion applications using modern PaaS tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Technical solutions, including PaaS extensions, VBCS custom applications, and integrations between SaaS and PaaS environments.
- Develop custom applications and user interfaces using Oracle VBCS and other PaaS tools to extend Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities.
- Work on SaaS to PaaS data sync processes, ensuring seamless data integration and synchronization between Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and custom PaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to gather technical requirements, design technical solutions, and support Oracle Fusion modules such as HCM, Financials, or Supply Chain.
- Develop and optimize OTBI reports and dashboards to meet business reporting needs.
- Provide technical expertise in the Oracle Fusion Data Model, including managing data structures, object relationships, and data integrity.
- Work on data migration projects from Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring proper data transformation and validation.
- Integrate Oracle Fusion applications with third-party systems using web services (SOAP, REST) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion customizations, integrations, and reports.
- Provide post-implementation technical support, ensuring optimal performance and scalability of Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation for all custom developments, configurations, and integrations.
Qualifications:
- B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of technical experience in Oracle Fusion, with at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12 Technical, including reports, interfaces, and data migration.
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle VBCS, PaaS extensions, and SaaS to PaaS data sync processes.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Data Model, OTBI report development, and Fusion technical architecture.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOAP/REST web services, and other integration technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Java, XML, and other Oracle-related technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle Fusion certification in technical modules.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Cloud security protocols.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and system optimization techniques.
