Job Description
Birlasoft is seeking an experienced Oracle Apps Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Oracle Applications and a proven track record of successful project implementations. As an Oracle Apps Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and implementing Oracle Applications modules to meet our clients needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions using Oracle Applications modules such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion Applications, and Oracle Cloud Applications.
- Customize and extend Oracle Applications functionality using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, and other relevant tools.
- Perform data migration, integration, and interface development between Oracle Applications and third-party systems.
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of technical deliverables.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and project managers to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve technical skills and deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Applications development and customization.
- Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 and/or Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
- Oracle certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) are preferred.
