Job Overview:
The Optimizely Specialist is responsible for managing website experimentation, A/B testing, and personalization initiatives to drive user engagement, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and overall business performance. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and development teams to create and execute data-driven experiments and analyze their impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. A/B Testing & Experimentation:
Plan, design, and execute A/B, multivariate (MVT), and split tests using the Optimizely platform to enhance website performance and user experience.
Define testing hypotheses and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders (marketing, product, UX/UI).
Implement tests and experiments directly or in collaboration with development teams.
Monitor active experiments and troubleshoot any technical issues.
2. Personalization Strategy:
Develop and implement personalized website experiences for different audience segments using Optimizely's personalization tools.
Identify and define key customer segments based on user behavior, demographics, and other criteria to deliver targeted content.
Analyze and optimize personalized experiences for maximum effectiveness.
3. Data Analysis & Insights:
Analyze experiment results to determine statistical significance, impact on KPIs, and overall business performance.
Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates, engagement, and other business outcomes.

Stay current with industry best practices for A/B testing, CRO, and personalization.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
Extensive hands-on experience with **Optimizely** (Experimentation and Personalization modules).

Education & Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and/or A/B testing roles, with hands-onexperience using Optimizely or similar tools.
- Proven track record of driving successful testing and optimization initiatives.
