Description
We are looking for an experienced Optimization Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in optimization and analytics, and will be responsible for driving performance improvements across our digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement optimization strategies to improve the performance of our digital platforms
- Analyze data and identify trends and insights to inform optimization decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in user experience, conversion rates, and revenue
- Manage A/B testing and other optimization experiments to evaluate the impact of changes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in optimization and analytics
- Provide regular reports on performance and optimization efforts to stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in optimization and analytics
- Proven track record of driving performance improvements across digital platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.
- Experience in managing A/B testing and other optimization experiments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Understanding of SEO and SEM principles is a plus
