Job Description

  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
  • Monitor and analyze YouTube analytics to gauge video performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with content creators and the marketing team to align video content with broader marketing strategies and audience preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with YouTubes algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to continually refine our optimization strategies.
  • Manage and optimize YouTube channel layout, including playlists, to enhance user experience and content discoverability.
  • Engage with the YouTube community by managing comments and fostering positive viewer interactions.
Qualifications :
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or content optimization, with a specific focus on YouTube preferred.
  • Strong understanding of YouTubes algorithms, SEO, and content optimization strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with content creators and marketing teams.
  • Proficiency in using YouTube Analytics and other relevant tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
