Need to have excellent knowledge on Tax terms and Visa Types.
- Need to maintain good relationship with team members as well consultants.
Address the consulting needs of a major client account.- Maintaining good database OPT candidates. Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate must be having Team Lead skills
- Must be able to motivate and mentor the team
Must be able to train the freshers as OPT / W2 Recruiter- Candidate should possess strong communication, convincing and commanding skills
