We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT H-1B Transfer Recruiter to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in attracting and securing top IT talent by focusing on recruiting individuals currently holding H-1B visas who are interested in transferring their sponsorship to our company. You will build a strong candidate pipeline, manage bench marketing efforts, and lead a team of bench recruiters.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy to identify and target high-caliber IT professionals on H-1B visas.
- Utilize various recruitment channels to attract and engage potential candidates (e.g., job boards, professional networks, social media).
- Conduct targeted outreach to passive candidates and build strong relationships.
- Pre-screen and qualify candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer stage.
- Candidate Management:
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified H-1B transfer candidates.
- Develop compelling candidate presentations and market our company's unique value proposition.
- Maintain open communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interview logistics and work with hiring managers to schedule interviews.
- Bench Management & Team Leadership:
- Manage a team of bench recruiters, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet recruitment goals.
- Develop and maintain bench marketing plans to proactively engage and nurture talent in the talent pool.
- Track and analyze bench metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, placement rate) and report on performance.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment within your team.
- Visa Transfer Process Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, immigration) to facilitate smooth and efficient H-1B visa transfer processes for selected candidates.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest H-1B visa regulations and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Partner with the onboarding team to ensure a positive new hire experience for H-1B transfer candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top IT talent.
- Strong understanding of the H-1B visa transfer process and immigration regulations (a plus).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology.
- Strong leadership skills (if leading a team of bench recruiters).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
