Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and networks, and a prior database of OPT candidates.- Capable of getting students for any technology training.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.
Should have good knowledge on various technologies in the market.- Need to have excellent knowledge on Tax terms and Visa Types.
Need to maintain good relationships with team members as well consultants.
- Address the consulting needs of a major client account.
Maintaining good database OPT candidates. Desired Candidate Profile:- Candidate should possess strong communication, convincing and commanding skills
Must be willing to work for a long-term
