OPT Recruiter

OPT Recruiter :-

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Recruit OPT/CPT/US Citizen/Green Card consultants and get them on our W2

- Strong experience in H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources

- Hands-on experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from various sources

- Contact recent masters students in the US and encourage them to join our consultancy

- Screen resumes, maintain a candidate database, and follow up daily

- Negotiate compensation/packages and assess qualifications for consultants

- Extensive knowledge of Visa Filling and Contract Terms

- Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building, and negotiation skills

Qualifications:

- 4+ Years of recruiting experience

- Any Degree

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Willingness to work in USA timings

- Self-directed, able to work independently, responsive, and detail-oriented
